- A central town square with a marina in the Old City Harbour area
- The yacht club and commercial buildings framing the square, on the lower floors of which it is possible to build entertainment facilities, galleries, (outdoor) cafes and small shops, and on the upper floors offices
Shared street space for everyone
What we plan:
- an area open to everyone for spending time, where the necessary port operations also function at the same time
- year-round outdoor pool
- a safe pedestrian and cyclist-friendly street space
