What we plan:
- line the pedestrian promenade going through the port area with new residential and commercial buildings
- exhibit and integrate buildings and details related to the history of the port and mark them in the urban space
- the plot of a educational institution (primary school) Reidi tee 12 (DP no. DP038310)

What we plan:
- a promenade with plenty of greenery for pedestrians and active transportation to connect Pirita to Kalamaja
- a shared space to calm the traffic
- new public transport stops and convenient bicycle parking
