What we plan:
- two properties belonging to AS Tallinna Sadam are located in the planning area – Reidi tee 12 and Petrooleumi Str 8a
- Reidi Road 12 property right to build a primary school, so that the city of Tallinn can build a new primary school on it in the future
- An apartment building with commercial premises on the property of Petrooleumi Str 8a
